The Taste of Tasmania festival is the largest and most significant food and wine festival in the state of Tasmania. (It's also the largest festival of its kind in Australia).
I was engaged by Hobart City Council to create the visual identity of the festival. The brief was to create a whimsical gateway to a birthday wonderland. I created over 35 illustrated assets that could be used stand alone, and I also composed several intricate frames to be implemented in all of the festival collaterals by Before Creative.
I was also tasked with creating some of the biggest pieces of the festival’s onsite signage, like the main stage banner, the entry towers and more.
